This pulley came from a now closed wood working plant that kept spare parts on a shelf has a piece of tape that
says
it is  dynamically
balanced
it is made of aluminium with a rubber coating on it the rubber has some
cracks
in it it takes a tapered bushing and measures 2 7/8" on the larger side and 2.700 on the small side
